REGISTRATION

The deadline for Advance Registration is March 31, 2008. Advance Registration fees can be paid in Euros (EURO) or US dollars (USD).

The IEEE Magnetics Society has provided a special discount to the registration fee for Society members attending the conference. This discount is in addition to the usual IEEE member discount. Participants are advised to join the IEEE Magnetics Society on-line at http://www.ieeemagnetics.org/. Those registering on-site can join the Society at registration to take advantage of the discount.

On-line Advance registration is the most convenient way to register and is highly recommended. Alternatively, you can register by e-mail or fax. Below you will find the links to register online and to download the PDF registration form.

In order to take advantage of the lower Advance Registration fees, full payment must be received by March 31. After this date, higher on-site rates will be applied.

On-site Registration can only be made in EURO.
At the conference, payment in EURO can be done in cash or with credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express).
The Conference Registration Desk, located in the main lobby of the Palacio Municipal de Congresos, will be open during the following hours:

All conference attendees must pay registration fees. All attendees will be required to wear
Intermag 2008 name badges at all times. The use of cameras. videotaping and/or recording devices in the technical sessions is strictly prohibited. 



CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations of registration paid in EURO must be received in writing at Siasa Congresos (email: sureta@siasa.es or fax: +34-914581088). Payments will be refunded less a 50.00 service charge before March 31. After March 31 cancellations will be accepted but not refunded. Substitutions may be made in advance of the conference prior  to April 20.

Cancellations of registration paid in USD
must be received in writing at YesEvents. Payments will be refunded less a $ 75.00 service charge before March 31. After March 31, cancellations will be accepted but not refunded. Substitutions may be made in advance of the conference prior to April 20.
