Online Itinerary Planner. 
The Program Booklet was mailed to people who registered before April 31.
The rest of the participants will receive it when they register on-site.
Alternatively, the Program Booklet can be downloaded here.
A CD containing the Digest Book will be handed to the participants at the
Registration Desk when they register. No printed versions of the
Digest Book will be distributed
