The Director General of the World Health Organization issued a recommendation “not to close borders and not to restrict international travel” in relation to the flu outbreak in Mexico and its spreading in other countries including the US.

Presenting authors unable to travel to the US due to the swine flu will be allowed to name a substitute from the same Company or Institution on a case-by-case basis. These authors are invited to get in touch with the organizing committee at and with their Session Chair, providing full contact details for both presenter and substitute.
