 Prospective attendees are encouaraged to book their accommodation well in advance, since the occupancy rate in Madrid during the dates of the conference is expected to be very high.

Accommodation reservation is a service offered by SIASA to Intermag-2008 attendees. IEEE Magnetics Society is not involved nor responsible for this service.

In order to guarantee your reservation, it is necessary to pay for the first night, according to the kind of room and hotel selected.
The amount received will be deducted from your final hotel invoice.
No reservations will be considered nor confirmed until payment for the deposit is received.

CANCELLATIONS:
-All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the secretariat of the Conference.
-No penalties will apply if reservations are cancelled before March 31, 2008.
-Hotels will charge one night's accommodation if reservations are cancelled after March 31, 2008.
