Cancellations of registration paid in EURO must be received in writing at Siasa Congresos (email: sureta@siasa.es or fax: +34-914581088). Payments will be refunded less a 50.00 € service charge before March 31. After March 31 cancellations will be accepted but not refunded. Substitutions may be made in advance of the conference prior  to April 20.
