The Scientific Program, including the digests for all presentations, can be accessed using the Online Itinerary Planner.
The Program Booklet was mailed to people who registered before April 31. The rest of the participants will receive it when they register on-site. Alternatively, the Program Booklet can be downloaded here.
A CD containing the Digest Book will be handed to the participants at the Registration Desk when they register. No printed versions of the Digest Book will be distributed.
