ACCOMMODATIONS
All of the Intermag 2012 technical program and exhibits will be held in the East section of the Vancouver Convention Centre.
Every Conference participant is responsible for making his/her own hotel reservation directly with the hotel of his/her choice and for paying all personal bills upon checkout.
At this point our room blocks at the Marriott Pinnacle Downtown, Fairmont and MET Vancouver hotels are fully booked. The following two hotels may still have rooms at the special Intermag 2012 Conference rate of $199/night for a standard room (or $219/night for a water view room at the Renaissance). Please make your reservations directly with the hotel through the provided links.
The Renaissance
The Renaissance is located about three blocks from the Convention Centre and will be the main location for several of the smaller Committee Meetings. Complimentary internet service in the sleeping rooms is offered for all Intermag registrants. Reservations for harbor view and standard rooms
Please note: Anyone staying at the Renaissance will earn Marriott Rewards points as the Renaissance is a part of the Marriott family of hotels.
The Coast Coal Harbour
The Coast Coal Harbour is a very nice, recently renovated modern hotel, located conveniently close to the Convention Centre. Complimentary internet is offered in all sleeping rooms.
