The 2009 IEEE International Magnetics Conference will be held in the Sacramento Convention Center in the heart of downtown. Blocks of hotel rooms are being held at both the Sheraton Grand Sacramento and the Hyatt Regency Sacramento. Both hotels are located directly across a pedestrian walkway from the Center. And both are offering rooms as the special INTERMAG rate of $159/single or double for the week of the Conference. Links for making your reservation at either of these hotels are below. In addition we have been able to negotiate additional special discounts and benefits for participants staying in each of these two conference hotels. LINK TO THE SHERATON GRAND ONLINE RESERVATION: Additionally, we have arranged for a limited number of hotel rooms for students and other financially-challenged attendees at the Holiday Inn Express for $104 plus tax/night/single or double; and at the Clarion Hotel Mansion Inn for $94 plus tax/night/single or double. Please download the reservation forms and fax in the completed form to each hotel by April 13th to receive the discounted rates.
